Rocket Reminders LLC is an SMS reminder service that helps performers, event organizers, and small businesses keep their audiences informed through timely text reminders for upcoming shows, appointments, and events.
We operate out of Denver, Colorado, and provide business-to-customer SMS messaging via registered 10DLC numbers. All recipients explicitly opt in before receiving any messages from us.
Our SMS Messaging Program
Rocket Reminders LLC sends SMS messages to subscribers who have explicitly opted in through our website or directly with our team. The following describes what you can expect from our SMS messaging program.
- Message types: Appointment and show reminders for upcoming events the recipient is associated with. Example message: "Hi Sam, this is a reminder that your show with Rocket Reminders is tomorrow at 7pm at The Venue. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your bookings and upcoming events.
- How to opt in: The only way to opt in is through the SMS Consent checkbox on the form at our Contact page. Visit /contact, fill in your name, email, and phone number, tick the 'SMS Consent' checkbox, and submit the form. We do not enroll anyone in SMS through any other channel.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will be unsubscribed immediately and receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email info@rocketreminders.biz for assistance.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
